Meshuggah, who are one of the biggest metal bands that currently hail from Sweden, have issued an update on their official website that they’re finally releasing their first new studio album in four years.

When asked to comment about the direction Meshuggah took on their new material, Jens Kidman said “our new record is going to sound exactly like the last one, and the last one before that, and the last one before that one and so on.”
