Are you metal, punk?
Helloween, the band who cleverly mixed two words, “Halloween” and “hell” (Helloween, Halloween + Hell, get it? Amazing stuff), released a new music video. And they only have one question… Do you feel metal? Well, do ya, you punks?
Video after the jump…
When asked why the beginning of the song sounds like Mortal Kombat’s theme, Helloween had no comment.
The Sword slays tour
We’ve got some good news and some bad news. The bad news is, The Sword have canceled their European tour. The good news is that they also canceled the remaining U.S. dates they had, so all you Americans saying “Ahh, not fair, Europe always gets the best cancellations” can finally see some justice coming your way.
The reason? ‘Unforeseen circumcisions,’ says their official Facebook page. Although I might have read that wrong…
Headlines
Scott Weiland (pictured above) is drunk even when sober. Hear him mumble in an interview even though he claimed to be on the wagon.
Honda is trying to be cool, so their new minivan commercial features Judas Priests‘ “The Hellion.” See the commercial, after the jump.
And speaking of Judas, Rob Halford was recently interviewed on a radio show named after a Boss pedal (The Metalzone).
Altars of Destruction released a new music video. Is it any good? No. Does it look like a home video from the 80s? Yes. Can I watch it after the jump? Hell yeah.
New Anthrax song
Anthrax, the band who never really knows who their vocalist is, performed a new song live, apparently with Joey Belladonna.
The song is called “Fight ‘Em ‘Til You Can’t,” but don’t be fooled by the Lil’ Waynesque title, it’s still Anthrax… I think…Anyway, the song has been played live before, but not with Joey. I already have a headache trying to figure this out, so do you see what I mean?

Stone Sour get intimate
Stone Sour will have a very intimate show for their fans. So intimate, nudity will probably be involved.
“Stone Sour have teamed up with MTV and Gift Music for one of their exclusive ‘MTV Presents:’ live shows at London’s Dingwalls venue on Tuesday, 19th October, just around the corner from MTV’s UK HQ in Camden.
Tickets are £12 and available exclusively to Stone Sour ‘Dead Generation’ fanclub members today (October 8th). Any remaining tickets will go on general sale from Monday October 11th here.” — full article here.
When asked if he is jealous of Stone Sour, the Slipknot clown had no comment. He just did a honk honk noise with his nose. Twice.
