Fozzy frontman an optimist
Frontman of Fozzy, and let’s be honest, better known as a guy that dresses up in spandex and “wrestles” other men in the WWF WWE, Chris Jericho was recently interviewed by Australia’s Loud magazine.
According to Jericho, Fozzy’s latest album, Chasing the Grail, has been a huge success worldwide. Wow really? I’d love to see the figures to back that statement up Chris…
Check out the interview here.
Suicide Silence are heavy
Suicide Silence, another one of those annoying Deathcore bands, claim their next album will be ‘heavy’ and ‘catchy as hell’.
That’s nice. In other news, Mark of Dose of Metal claims his next post will be the heaviest yet. Exciting stuff.

Some Saturday interviews
So let’s have a round up of the interviews today.
Slash, former guitarist of Guns N’ Roses, and most recently seen playing with his solo band, has stated recently that if a GNR reunion were to happen, they’d have to do things differently this time (well duh). He also wasn’t impressed with a parody that depicted himself as Axl Rose‘s dog. Read more here.
Rob Halford was also interviewed. He was probably promoting his new album, titled Made of Metal (although the album cover makes it look anything but Metal). Again, more here.
Some guy from a band I had hoped disappeared long ago also did an interview. Drowning Pool are the band, and the guy’s name I’m too lazy to go check. In case you care, click here.
Finally, Marilyn Manson, Machine Head, and Puddle of Mudd were all interviewed at Dimebash. Now, I understand why Machine Head were there, but Marilyn Manson? Puddle of Crudd? Oh dear… Click here.
Limp Bizkit are ready to go
Limp Bizkit are apparently ready to go. Unfortunately for music fans around the world, they don’t mean they’re ready to leave the music industry. Fred Durst has announced via his Twitter account that the band will be releasing a new single soon, titled Ready To Go. Damn, and I so nearly got excited there.
“As of now, new single titled “Ready To Go” by Limp Bizkit, bitch! Update soon.”
Dani Filth isn't a Cheryl Cole fan
Dani Filth (most likely not his real name) of Cradle of Filth was recently interviewed by the site, I Like Music (which in itself is fairly ironic), in which Mr Filth makes a variety of jokes comments.
Dani claims the band like to make no two albums the same. That said, they don’t seem to be against making over 10 million albums of the exact same music. Dani then goes on to criticise British Pop singer, Cheryl Cole, for “not being able to sing.” Am I missing something here, or has Dani never listened to his own singing?
