Aaaaw. We feel for the man, just imagine what it feels like to have a chance to hang out with some stars, and then have that taken away from you… Stay strong Vince Neil, they can take your skates and pride away from you (though you probably took away the second thing yourself by agreeing to enter such a stupid show), but they’ll never take your dreams!
Neuronspoiler release debut EP
Neuronspoiler are a traditional metal band from London which started as a project from former members of Headless Cross , and they’ve just released their debut EP, No One’s Safe. Official news announcement:
London-based traditional metallers, Neuronspoiler, have released their debut E.P., No One’s Safe, featuring five original songs, including one instrumental. No One’s Safe was recorded at London’s Monster Trax studios with producer Misha Nikolic (Mike Terrana, John West) with original artwork by Dan Kelby. The lyrics touch on subjects familiar to everyone, such as the lifelong search for people who understand you, and the feeling of isolation from a society that wants you to conform. No One’s Safe is available to download from iTunes and Amazon. CDs can be ordered direct from the band’s website (neuronspoiler.com).
Spoiler alert (lame joke, but I had to): If you make the jump, you can see the album artwork, track listing, and find out how to get a free song from the EP.
New music videos by Motorhead, Bring Me The Horizon, Crematory
Today is a good day if you’re bored and want to watch some music videos — “Anthem” by Bring Me The Horizon, “Get Back In Line” by Motörhead and “Infinity” by Crematory have all been posted online. You can watch them after you make the jump, and in case you’ve been living under a rock for the past few days (or under few feet of snow if you’re from UK), you can watch The Damned Things‘ video for “We’ve Got a Situation Here” and Corey Taylor‘s X-M@$ as well.
Darkest Hour and Veil of Maya kicked off their tour bus
Who and huh kicked off the what? Yeah, apparently Darkest Hour and Veil of Maya are too cool for school, and party too hard to stay on the bus, so one angry bus driver decided to teach them a lesson by kicking them off of it. He’s not very good at teaching lessons, though, because he kicked them near the venue they were playing at, so the band decided to continue drinking there. Rock’n’roll motherfuckers. View a photo of the band “partying” after the jump.

But, Dose of Metal to the rescue. An awesomely named site, Map of Metal, is there to help you out with any doubts you have about a certain genre or historic aspects of metal, using an (you might have guessed it) interactive map in the process. Everything is clickable, every genre has a bunch of example songs, and the site opens with Black Sabbath playing. What else could you wish for? So, make sure to check it out right here.
