Preview the Holy Grail
No, not THE Holy Grail, just the band Holy Grail‘s forthcoming album, Crisis In Utopia.
You can check out the album in its entirety over at Metal Hammer. Is it the Holy Grail you’ve been searching for? Probably not, but it’s worth a listen regardless.
Australians like it long
How else could you explain that Bring Me The Horizon‘s album called There Is A Hell, Believe Me I’ve Seen It. There Is A Heaven, Let’s Keep It A Secret made it to the No. 1 at the Australian Recording Industry Association chart (another long name, see the pattern)? Could it be they also have bad taste in music? Or could it be that the album is good? So many questions. If you think this site has answers, you’ve made the second mistake today (the first being coming here). Read more about this successful story here.
AC/DC homes for sale
AC/DC bassist Cliff Williams is selling two of his houses. Since AC/DC is the top ticket selling artist in the world, we can only assume he’s selling them to buy a few castles, or maybe an Eastern European country. He can’t be having money issues… Then again, he is the bassist.
“Cliff Williams is selling two of his properties. The Wall Street Journal reports that Williams has listed his Savannah, Georgia townhouse and a Fort Myers, Florida home. The Georgia townhouse is a restored home that was originally built in 1872.“

I barely have enough money to go to Starbucks. This guy is selling and buying property for millions. Is life fair? No it fucking isn’t.
Adam Lambert likes Metallica

The Haunted enter studio
Rivaling Job For a Cowboy and Megadeth for most ridiculous band name, The Haunted will be entering the studio tomorrow to record their follow up to 2008’s Versus. The band are hoping their seventh studio album will be released by early 2011.
The Haunted aren’t really haunted by the way, it’s just a “cool” name. A bit like how the frontman, Peter Dolving, isn’t a dolphin.
You’d probably expect the band to say that this will be their “heaviest” yet, or that they’re going back to their “roots” after the criticism they faced from their last two ‘more experimental’ albums, right? Apparently not, as Dolving basically said ‘fuck ’em, we’re going to keep doing what we want.’ Good for them! Read more at Blabbermouth.
