Ask Anders Colsefni
Anders Colsefni, former vocalist of Slipknot, has started a Youtube account where he answers fan-submitted questions. You can basically ask him anything via his mentioned Youtube channel, his Facebook page, Twitter or email (anderscolsefni@gmail.com).
Personally I thought that all three videos, he has uploaded so far, were interesting, and I can’t help but point out how much of a professional and sincerely nice-guy he is.

News flash: Corey Taylor still has an opinion on everything
Corey Taylor likes to talk a lot. And by ‘a lot’ I mean ‘way too fucking much,’ because my man has an opinion on everything — and most of all, everybody.
After slamming Rick Rubin in the past as being overrated, now he’s saying he’s the best guy to work on the Black Sabbath reunion album. I guess we should praise him for being unbiased, eh?
“This is one of those instances I actually think Rick Rubin is perfect for. He gets out of the way and will let them get down to it. I can only hope they record it in the right way. I can only hope they get to do something righteous and not just something to make a buck. I think with Geezer and Tony pushing it forward, and, obviously, Bill and Ozzy, I think it will be fantastic. I am looking forward to riff fest!“

So Black Sabbath have Corey’s blessing? Pheew, they must have been nervous as hell waiting for a nu-metal singer’s approval. But now that they do have his blessing, they can finally start working on the album.
Everyone should just not do anything until Corey gives his OK on the given project. It’s just the right way to handle your career.
As for my opinion on Rick’s work. Let’s just say I want him to go Hiroshima on the loudness war and not stop with the ‘mixing’ until the waveforms of the album look like Tetris pieces.
Kenneth “$$” Downing is rich
Former Judas Priest guitarist needs to donate some money to this site, cause the guy is fucking rich, yo.
According to some site I couldn’t remember (but I will link to it anyway, cause I’m a nice guy), the dude sold two cars for approximately $100,000. WTF is the dude driving? If I sell my car, all I get is a kick in the ass.

The Philip/Vinnie/Rita soap opera gets renewed
Look, it sucks that Dimebag got killed, it really does. But the blaming game going on between Vinnie and Phil is getting pretty old. I’ve never met Dime, but I’m pretty sure he would not like to see this sad show.
Another Dimebash went by, and instead of the remaining members of Pantera to be there and honor Dime the way he should be honored, they’re still ‘not talking to each other.’
Props to Rita and Phil for trying to fix this… Vinnie should quit being so stubborn, Dime deserves fucking better.

Way to go, Rita. Vinnie tried making Phil look like the bad guy, but all he’s doing right now is making himself the villain in all of this. Just fucking forget whatever happened in the past and make Dimebash 2012 the celebration it should have been — with a Pantera reunion.
Chris Cornell is fulfilled
Chris Cornell seems to be very happy with the current Soundgarden reunion, calling it ‘hugely fulfilling.’
You know what’s not fulfilling? The fucking Big Mac. It looks good in the advert, but once you get it it’s all slimy and shit, you eat it and 10 minutes later you’re hungry again. So you get another one, and another one, until you get kicked out of planes for being too fat. Then you keep confort-eating because you are morbidly obsese, so fuck it, right? Might as well keep getting fatter.
So you go on and on and on until everyone around you laughs at you, then you commit suicide. All because McDonald’s fucking lied in their advert. Cunts.
