New Rammstein video about my country
Simo reported it last sunday, and here it is. Rammstein’s new video for ‘Mein Land’ (‘My country’). ‘Mein Land’ is part of Rammstein’s greatest hits compilation Made in Germany, you can view the setlist and album artworks after the jump.
As for the video, Rammstein proved again that they don’t take themselves too seriously and have a great sense of humor. Now that’s something we Germans aren’t associated with often. Lyrically the song is highly socially critical, with lyrics such as “expelling, forgetting, now I can stay in my country” the band obviously touches topics we Germans are sadly associated with more often.
As for the music, make up your own mind by watching the video above.
Prepare your face to get rocked: Amorphis exclusive interview coming your way
I’ve had the opportunity to attend an Amorphis gig. Mind you, it’s a band that has been one of my favorites for the most part of the last 20 years, so when an opportunity to also interview them arose, I took it with both hands. The gig kicked my ass so hard it still hurts, and the guys were ubercool, so stay tuned to see what happened when our awesomeness collided with theirs.
The video above is a taste of things to come.
Hide your kids! Video of Loutallica performing is here
I honestly haven’t played that, and I’d advise you not to do it either, but hey, if you’re into this shit.. Go ahead.
Another video after the jump.
🙁
Amy Lee fell. Dose of Metal laughed.
Amy Lee tripped and fell down at an Evanescence gig in New York. This is exactly why women need to stay in the kitchen.
You can watch the incident in the video above, at around 3:40.
To be fair to her, not only did she trip on the floor mat, but she also kept going like a pro. So kudos to her, I just can’t help it when I see the opportunity for a few sexist jokes.
Chickenfoot perform on Kimmel
Chickenfoot performed two songs on Kimmel (well, maybe more, but it’s not like this is my thesis paper, so leave me alone, okay?).
The songs are “Big Foot” and “Three and a Half Letters.” Like the double embed thing I did above? Amazing, right?
Try playing both clips together, both sounds sound the same so, you’ll basically hear one song with a lot of echo.
