Listen to another new Anthrax song

Hey yo, ready for some new Anthrax? Well. assuming it’s not the first time you’ve seen an embedded YouTube clip, my guess is you’re listening to it right now, and if you’re not, get ready for some bushy-era music and joey-era vocals (well, duh) mashed in a sweet package.

The song’s called “The Devil You Know” and it’ll officially be released tomorrow, but you can unofficially listen to it right now using the clip above.

On a side note, Andreas Kisser was so impressed with the song or whatever, he got a tattoo and shit. Check it out after the jump.

Slash joins Cypress Hill on stage, yo’

“Legendary” or “vastly overrated” guitarist, depending on on your opinion, Slash, recently joined Hip Hop act Cypress Hill on stage for a 20th anniversary concert, or something.

I don’t really know much about Cypress Hill, nor do I like the idea of Rock and Hip Hop collaborating (if I wanted a shit collaboration, I’d ask my gran to cup my balls before I cum), so if you’re interested, just head over to Blabbermouth to read more.

The weekly playlist: Shit done got stained

If your memory is a wee bit shit, fear not, we have these fancy things called links. Check it out. Aren’t I amazing?

So, last week I decided to write a short playlist article, where I reviewed some new songs. I’m back again, with a silly title (and no, I really don’t know what it means), but it’s more or less the same principle. We’ve had some new (well newish) songs released this week, Guido has introduced me to some new tracks, and well, I’m still as self-indulgent and egotistical as ever, so yes make that jump for this week’s song reviews.

5 albums to rock your weekend

Picture this: It’s a Saturday night, you’re all alone eating cold pizza, watching crappy television. Everyone else is out having a good night, and you’re home alone crying and using the tears as lubricant to masturbate with. Life couldn’t get any worse, right?

Wrong, you could be me. The picture above is of what is commonly known as a ‘female’. I’ve heard of them before, although I have yet to see or speak to one. But enough about that. If you’ve got nothing to do on this Saturday evening, why not join me as I list five perfect Metal albums that should brighten up your day.

So what are you waiting for? Make the jump in front of a car. I know I will soon.

Hear the new Man Must Die track

That’s right, you lucky fuckers, you can hear the brand new demo track, ‘Hiding in Plain Sight’, by Scotland’s Man Must Die.

“Wait, who are Man Must Die?” I hear you ask. They’re a Glaswegian Technical Death Metal act that were once signed to Relapse Records. Now they’re currently unsigned, but that isn’t stopping the band from progressing with their music.

You can listen to the song above. I kept it as a video, as it provides the lyrics and you’re going to need them, unless you are well accustomed to cookie monster language.
