The Alice Cooper archive got broken into
I didn’t know there was an ‘Alice Cooper archive,’ but apparently it exists, and someone broke in and stole some stuff.
“The storage facility in Los Angeles which houses the Alice Cooper archives was broken into on March 27, along with three other storage units. A police report has been filed. Items missing include a large quantity of original vinyl records, a jacket, and the original sculpture which was used for the cover of the Hey Stoopid album.“

When asked why he risked jail time for a bunch of Alice Cooper stuff that is worth like $50 total, the thief had no comment.

Friday Top 10: Biggest concert riots
Keeping up with our theme for the week, we’re covering all things riots and looting. Luckily, we have a first hand look at the situation via Mark, who’s been doing some serious investigative journalism, which will hopefully bring us a Pulitzer, the ultimate goal of the people involved in this website.
Now, while Mark is busy on the frontlines fighting looters and making viral videos out of it (get ready for the premiere next week when we make a Top 10: Metal objects to crack skulls with), I took inspiration from the Tuesday Trivia I made this week to extend the subject matter into a Top 10. Get ready for Top 10 rock and metal concert riot moments we’re glad we were too young or too broke to go to.
Foo Fighters perform with Alice Cooper
Foo Fighters performed with Alice Cooper (or Alice Cooper performed with Foo Fighters, whichever) yesterday in front of 65,000 people at The National Bowl in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom to perform two of Alice‘s classic tracks — ‘Schools Out’ and ‘I’m 18’.
By the way, random fact alert, but I used to have a crush on Alice Cooper and then someone informed me that he’s a man. The same also happened with Michael Jackson and Lady Gaga. Now I don’t know what to think 🙁

Alice Cooper is a pro
Alice Cooper got ill and canceled a show in Chile last night. Why am I reporting this, when bands cancel shows all the time? Yeah, true, but the last time Alice Cooper canceled a show was 30 years ago. Impressive? Quite so. We wish him a full and fast recovery.
Meanwhile, Axl Rose was only 30 minutes late to a show last night, and asked why no one is reporting on his excellent track record – not being that late two nights in a row.

I don’t know about you guys, but I don’t trust any award ceremony where they honor Gods and I’m not nominated. So don’t hold it against me if I’m not extremely excited for this ceremony.
But its trailer has hit the net (as seen above) and it does feature a Pantera song so how bad can it be? Well, let’s put it this way… Avenged Sevenfold seems like the big winner of the evening.
By the way, this already happened last month, but it’s gonna be aired more than a month later because, why would you need to show it as it happens? It’s just an award ceremony, it’s not like anyone will post the awards rendering the whole night useless as the ‘excitement factor’ disappears. Get real, yo.
